Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This policy explains what information DirectionalBot collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1Information we collect

2How we use your information

3How your Kalshi key is handled

Your Kalshi API key is encrypted at rest, decrypted only in memory to place the orders you configure, and never used to withdraw funds and never displayed in plain text. You can remove it at any time from within the bot, which deletes it from our systems.

4Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, each with its own privacy policy: Telegram (how you access the bot), Kalshi (where trades are placed on your account), and our crypto payment processor (which handles checkout). We encourage you to review their policies.

5How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service (for example, sending an order to Kalshi via your key), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights and users.

6Data security

We use reasonable technical measures — including encryption of sensitive credentials and secured, access-controlled systems — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7Data retention

We keep your account and activity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Connected credentials are kept only while you choose to store them and are deleted when you remove them.

8Your choices

9Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
