Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of DirectionalBot. By accessing or using the bot, the website, or any related service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1What DirectionalBot is

DirectionalBot is a software automation tool that generates directional signals for, and can place orders on, Kalshi’s short-duration crypto markets using your own connected Kalshi account. DirectionalBot is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary. It does not hold, custody, or manage your funds, and it cannot withdraw funds from your account.

2Eligibility

3Access keys & license

Access is granted through a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license activated by an access key. Keys are single-use and tied to your account. Time-limited keys expire at the end of their term and do not auto-renew. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer a key. We may revoke access for violations of these Terms.

4Payments & refunds

Access is sold in the plans listed on our site and paid in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor. Because access is a digital product delivered and activated immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once a key has been issued or activated, except where required by law. If a payment fails to deliver a working key, contact us and we will make it right.

5No financial advice & no guarantee

RiskNothing provided by the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading on Kalshi and in crypto markets carries substantial risk of loss. Signals and automation are provided “as is,” with no guarantee of profit, accuracy, or performance. Past performance and any backtested results do not guarantee future results. You may lose money. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

6Your responsibilities

7Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service; share your access with others; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8Connected credentials & security

If you connect a Kalshi API key, it is encrypted at rest and used only to place the trades you configure — never to withdraw funds, and it is never displayed in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, and you provide credentials at your own risk. You can remove your credentials at any time from within the bot.

9Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and it may experience downtime, delays, or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that any given signal or order will execute.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectionalBot and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DirectionalBot and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your trading, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service, without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
